Education Solicitor 1 year + PQE - Wiltshire
Award winning Law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Education Solicitor to join their busy and successful team in the heart of Wiltshire. This firm cover a broad array of legal fields for both individuals and businesses which include; wills, tax and planning, family, employment, mental capacity, corporate & commercial, commercial property, employment (businesses) and disputes.
The successful candidate will be required to manage and maintain their own varied caseload which will require them to provide advice on education law issues for independent schools and academies, as well as advising head teachers, bursars, Trustees, Governors and other professionals on an array of issues surrounding safeguarding, exclusions, bullying, discrimination and parental complaints.
Further to this it will be necessary to draft school policies and contract documentation between parents and the schools, whilst ensuring that regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years + PQE and have experience working in the Education Law field, with a genuine enjoyment and passion for the legal area with the drive and determination to progress through the firm and assist with the Business Development and Marketing.
