THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join as a Professional Support Lawyer in the Corporate Group.
This role would suit an experienced lawyer with in-depth and extensive knowledge of M&A, joint ventures and private equity.
You will report into the Corporate PSL Counsel, and have substantial direct contact with relevant Corporate partners.
Key responsibilities will include, inter alia,
Know-how (internal)
Training
Pitches, directories and website
External facing: client publications, client training, industry or legal consultations and committees
ABOUT YOU
A Corporate lawyer with 5pqe+ gained at a City or equivalent law firm, ideally with PSL experience or with aspirations to move into this arena.
As a PSL you will demonstrate technical excellence and legal expertise as you will be responsible for building best practice processes for creating, capturing, curating and disseminating knowledge and supporting the corporate practice.
You will also be expected to apply a practical and client-centric focus to know-how, and to produce timely and insightful content.
Additionally you will have genuine enthusiasm for the use of technology and innovation in the support of fee-earners and clients.
