Description
The Corporate NQ will support the Partners and other senior fee earners and get involved in a varied of work. This will include advising on M & A, private equity, corporate finance, corporate reorganisation and joint ventures. The work is often international deals and you will advise clients across a range of sectors.
Profile
You will be a trainee who has completed a seat in Corporate or a recently qualified Corporate NQ. You will have strong academics and be interested to work for an international law firm.
