The Role:

This Top 50 Legal 500 firm is seeking a Senior/Managing Associate Solicitor to join their Clean Energy team in London, with flexibility for home working.

You will be joining the highly ranked Clean Energy Team, within the wider Energy & Renewables Business Unit.
This department has an outstanding reputation for innovation and has worked with some of the most exciting companies in the renewable sector.

The team act as a real disruptor in the sector and provide advice to developers, investors and lenders regarding wind, offshore wind and solar generation as well as related technology such as AD, energy storage, EVCI and heat networks.

You will work on projects which require financing, corporate transactional, real estate, panning, grid, offtake and construction expertise.

The team is currently growing at a rapid pace, having attracted skilled solicitors from Norton Rose Fulbright, CMS, Pinsent Masons and Squire Patton Boggs, among others.

You will take on a key leadership role, undertaking important business development and supporting your more junior colleagues.

Requirements:

• 5+ PQE England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Experience or interest in Clean Energy
• Strong academic background
• Proven leadership and business development experience
