In-House Advocate
Sellick Partnership is pleased to be assisting with the recruitment for an In-House Advocate to join an Alternative Business Structure based in Kent on a permanent basis.
Our client specialises in undertaking work for Local Authorities and they are seeking an In-House Advocate to join their well supported Childcare Team.
The successful In-House Advocate will be responsible for representation in all types of proceedings, including complex matters on behalf of the client. Advocacy will be carried out in the Family Court in respect of the following types of hearings;
- Case Management
- Contested Interim Care Order
- Fact Finding
- Issues Resolution
- Final
- Applications for an Emergency Protection Order
- Applications for a Placement Order or Applications under Section 25 Children Act 1989
- Adoption
