The Role

The firm is looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to join their office in the heart of Manchester.

The award-winning department has worked on some of the most significant corporate transactions in the North and regularly act for a number of high-profile public and private clients, with an international flavour.

The department work for a whole host of different industry sectors which will make for a varied and interesting role. These include manufacturing, retails, financial, hotel, leisure, healthcare and renewable energy.

You will cover a caseload that will include a wide spectrum of high corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, corporate structuring and reorganisations.

The role comes with excellent prospects for partnership in the near future.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have first-class communication
• Outstanding business development skills
• An entrepreneurial flair
