Personal Injury Paralegal/ Fee Earner
A fantastic opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner has become available in central Leeds.
This well-established, boutique firm is seeking a fee earner with experience of handling a mixed caseload of mainly portal employer’s liability and public liability cases (together with a small amount of road traffic cases) plus some Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority cases.
You will be working within a fast-paced environment dealing with your own caseload. The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with cases within the portal and those which drop out of the portal and will have used stages 1,2 and 3 of the MOJ process together with experience of preparing infant approval hearings.

To be considered for this Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner you will have:
- At least 12+ months experience handling your own caseload of Claimant personal injury cases
- Must have handled a mixed case load (candidates with only RTA experience will not be considered)
