The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for an IP Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• The Legal 500 accredited Intellectual Property team act for an extensive roster of high-profile national and global corporates, SMEs and HNW individuals on a full spectrum of complex matters
• As such, you will have a blended caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including; advising on trademarks, design rights, patents, IP licensing, IP litigation, brand protection strategies and brand portfolio management

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Intellectual Property Solicitor with 1 to 4 years PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
