The commercial property team handles transactions and advisory matters for investors, developers, corporates and public sector organisations at both a regional and national level and across the private and public sector.
The Southampton team deal with broad range of work including retirement-living developments, residential and mixed-use projects, rail infrastructure and regeneration projects, property finance mandates, investment and commercial development instructions.
As a qualified NQ+ Solicitor you would ideally have prior experience in the Real Estate sector, with exposure to development work being of particular interest.
