In-house Property & Housing Litigation Lawyer

Property management business based in London is looking to recruit a property & housing litigation lawyer to join their property management legal team in North London.

This property business manages a significant portfolio of properties mostly in the South East region (especially London) and is looking to recruit a residential & housing property litigation lawyer with experience in:

• housing litigation;
• residential property litigation and disputes;
• possession claims;
• arrears/ money claims; and
• county court enforcement.

The role will include preparing claim documentation and conduct of claims including attending court.
