A new opportunity has become available for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor, with applications welcome from NQ level upwards.

They currently have two opportunities to strengthen the team, sitting at both junior and senior levels.
This firm acts for the NHS Resolution, putting it at the heart of claims and complaints brought against the NHS. This impressive Clinical Negligence team is highly regarded for its work acting on behalf of the NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defence of clinical negligence cases.
Applications are welcome from candidates who have completed a seat within clinical negligence, coming from either a Claimant or Defendant background.
The role will see the successful candidate manage a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters for NHSR and Insurers, developing relationships with NHSR/Insurer and Trust/Insured clients and supporting the team with business development and projects.
