Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Coventry
Due to an on-going succession planning strategy, I have a new commercial litigation role for a qualified Solicitor / CILEX with a respected Warwickshire practice.
My client is based close to Coventry and is a well established mid-size full service practice offering a range of commercial and private client legal services. Their litigation team advises on a range of both commercial and civil disputes and therefore an 'allrounder' would be preferable to someone coming from one specific area of litigaiton.
You will ideally have three or four years PQE in litigation work and be able to manage a caseload of litigation files from initial instruction, through to settlement or court. The department is busy but offers full training and supervision, so you will always have colleagues available to seek advice from or bounce ideas off, contribute to marketing and business development activities and work towards the team financial targets.
