Manchester City Centre
Salary negotiable
Due to expansion a Law Firm are hiring for an experienced Legal PA in their Court of Protection department, the role will support the Head of and some Solicitors in the team.
This is a varied PA role suited to someone with prior legal experience that is wanting to move into a more PA focussed position.
You will support the HO as a Legal PA including:
Prior experience as a Legal PA or Secretary is essential. Training is provided where needed.
The role is full time, and some hybrid working is offered after the initial training period.
Competitive salary and benefits on offer. Advertised salary is a guideline only and will be depending on experience.

- Diary Management
- Assist with business development support
- Setting up meetings, presentations, etc
- Coordination on MI
- Creating of training and marketing documents
- Point of contact internally and externally
- Development of processes in the team
- Workflow coordination
- Use of Excel and PowerPoint as well as other IT systems
Prior experience as a Legal PA or Secretary is essential. Training is provided where needed.
