Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established, highly-regarded law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team on a part time, fully remote basis. The hours are completely flexible to suit the candidate.
This assignment is to start ASAP and is ongoing.
The Role
This role would suit a Qualified Solicitor that has experience handling Employment Law matters including but not limited to;
- Drafting contracts
- Settlement agreements
- Wrongful dismissals
- Tribunals
- Discrimination cases
The Candidate
The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law.
The appointed Employment Locum will have gained at least 2 years' + experience in Employment law and be completely comfortable working under no supervision.
You will have gained previous experience from either a private practice or public sector background, and you will thrive in an advisory role. You will be joining at a busy time you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload.
