Property & Commercial Litigation Solicitor
This Devon based firm have recently been developing new clients, investing in a state-of-the-art IT system and being as flexible with their employees as possible, which is all paying off!
They are now recruiting for a solicitor or legal executive with between 1-5 years' PQE.
The work here is interesting, and you may not think a firm of this modest size would handle it, but they do.
In this exciting position you will handle your own caseload of mainly property litigation to include boundary disputes, construction disputes, nuisance matters and negligence. You will also be involved in ever increasing and high value commercial litigation to include professional negligence, lease enfranchisement, contractual claims, contentious probate, insolvency and more.
You will be based in Devon but many of your quality clients will be London and Bristol based, as well as more local.
Moving forward, once settled in you can expect to work at least 2 or 3 days per week from home should you wish.
Solicitors and Legal Executives who can bring additional litigation niches (i.e employment etc) are encouraged to apply, but it is important your previous experience includes some property litigation.
