Our client, whose global headquarters are located in Bad Vilbel near Frankfurt, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Global Business Development & Licensing/M&A. The role will include drafting and negotiating BDL and M&A transaction documents (such as in-/out licensing agreements, asset purchase and share purchase agreements) and participating in due diligence, a wide variety of agreements such as CDAs, manufacturing and supply agreements and providing business-focused and reliable legal advice to internal stakeholders on various legal topics.
You will require a University degree in law and have completed the second German State Exam, preferably with above-average grades, or be a foreign qualified lawyer (preferably from the UK, USA, Switzerland, Austria with above-average grades), at least 5 years PQE, preferably with a minimum of 2 years PQE in the pharmaceutical or life science industry and a fluent command of English and preferably German.
