Commercial Litigation Associate/Legal Director (5+ years')

Joining a highly reputable law firm with offices across Scotland, our client is seeking a commercial litigation associate/legal director to join their award winning and well-regarded Commercial Litigation team.

You will be working within a team that has extensive experience across Scotland and for a firm which is committed to equality, diversity, and an inclusive environment.

Your role will involve high quality work from an enviable client base where you will be working for a wide variety of clients including, individuals, businesses, and educational clients, handling a diverse caseload of professional negligence claims, insolvency, property disputes and debt recovery (this is not an exhaustive list) in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

As a senior member of the team there will be an element of supervising and mentoring more junior colleagues. You will also play a key role in the growth of the business by building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with complex and challenging commercial litigation issues and an ability to think outside the box. You will be commercially minded and competent in managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.

The firm will offer hybrid working, excellent ongoing training and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.

If you are a commercial litigation associate/legal director currently considering a new opportunity in Edinburgh, please contact Melissa Tang at G2 Legal for a confidential discussion or please apply with an up-to-date CV.
