Property Lawyer

Opportunity with a London Borough Council for a Commercial Property Lawyer.

A London Council are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them for an initial 3-month locum contract with potential for further extension. This is a remote-working position so is open to candidates from all over the country.

The Property Lawyer will:

• Handle commercial matters including Landlord and Tenant, Leases, Licenses
• Residential property as and when required
• Provide ad hoc support and cover for the project lawyer

The council are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with property law experience either from local authority or private practice. Local authority experience is a bonus but not a requirement. They're looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who is able to start in January and hit the ground running.
