This top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices throughout the West Midlands are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their property department and deal with a mixed caseload of national properties.

? Salary to £45,000
This firm are renowned for their quality of work and ensuring clients get the highest quality outcome as quick as possible. You will be dealing with a caseload of high value property matters and complex transactions consisting of right to buy, transfer of equity, complex remortgages as well as sales & purchases with values exceeding £1,000,000.
You will need to have gained at least 3 years PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor and have management experience as you will be working with a Paralegal / Legal Assistant, whilst giving them guidance and supervision.
There will be plenty of opportunities to provide guidance to increase functionality on the team as well as input on new recruitment into the team. Salary will be based on experience and PQE but will be circa £35k+ with a great benefits package and bonus also included.
