This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious plot sales legal assistant looking for a friendly but challenging private practice based in St Austell, Cornwall.
Our client is a well-established and reputed Cornish law firm, boasting a flourishing property department. They are going from strength to strength and want you to join their expanding plot sales team.
It is likely you are a legal assistant, paralegal or maybe even a part-qualified legal executive with previous experience in plot sales, and although this would be advantageous it is not a necessity. Those with at least one years’ experience in commercial property or conveyancing are also encouraged to apply.
The emphasis of your role will be on;
