Corporate (ECM) Lawyer

Highly respected law firm with international reach seeks equity capital markets lawyer (mid-level to senior) to work directly with senior partners in the team to support existing AIM and Main Market corporate clients and Nomads/Sponsors.

This is an excellent opportunity with fantastic prospects for career progression. You will have strong technical knowledge covering FSMA, Listing Rules, AIM Rules, Takeover Code, MAR etc and a willingness to play a leading role in business development alongside partners in the team.

Hybrid working is on offer with the ideal candidate able to travel to Yorkshire one or two days a week. You should be a strong communicator, with exposure to ECM work and keen to specialise in this area. This is an exceptional opportunity, for someone keen to work as part of a high performing team.
