Property Litigation Solicitor
We have a great opportunity for a junior level property litigation solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a top legal 100 firm in their Cardiff office and their tier 1 ranked dispute resolution team.
The dispute resolution department act for a variety of clients including PLC developers, social housing developers, utilities companies, landlords, property investors and occupiers. They deal with a full range of portfolio management work to include lease renewal litigation, forfeiture and possession proceedings, rent review and services charge disputes and break notice disputes.
Candidates circa newly qualified up to 4 years post qualification with a general Litigation or commercial property background will be considered for this opening, an understanding of property law will be an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent training and support will be offered to the successful candidate.
