JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: Circa £40,000 plus (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The established commercial property team covers a variety of matters on behalf of a varied client base including PLCs and individuals. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold matters, landlord and tenant matters, development matters and other property related matters. Superb opportunity to join a well-established team and deal with the broad remit of commercial property matters. Hybrid working once initial settling in period of a few months have been completed is available.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE and a proven track record of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. Ideally you will have at gained extensive experience of a diverse range of commercial property matters as well as undertaking business development activities. Suitable Commercial Property Lawyers will be driven and ambitious and be looking for a supportive team where they can see their career flourish.
