A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1 to 5PQE Property Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading regional law practices

The Opportunity
You would undertake a mixed case load as follows:
· strategic property (options promotion and collaboration agreements);
· high net worth private companies and individuals investment acquisitions;
· subject tenancies and landlord and tenant matters; and
· general acquisitions and disposals.
Working for clients include developers, investors, owner occupiers, public sector bodies and landed estates.
The commercial property team is mutually supportive with highly experienced practitioners. This will present the right person with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience, working for a diverse range of excellent clients as well as having the necessary support in a friendly environment.
The team has a strong reputation and has gone from strength to strength. They are ranked 1st tier in the Legal 500 for the region.
The Candidate
· One to five years PQE experience
· Someone with a "can-do" attitude and a determination to succeed.
· A candidate who is proactive, not just reactive, and focused on solutions and overcoming obstacles.
