We are working with a leading private practice who are looking to add to their Corporate Tax offering with the recruitment of a Solicitor to the team.

Description

You will be joining an established Tax team who act for large multinational, national and regional clients. The work is complex and you would be supported by the Senior Partner and other experienced tax solicitors to help you develop.

The team has an excellent reputation nationally and advises clients on Corporate Tax matters from Corporate restructurings through to mergers and acquisitions and bespoke tax advice relating to multi-million pound property transactions and developments.

The firm has a flexible culture and the Tax team supports and encourages flexibility including remote working. This was already in place pre-pandemic.

You would be working as part of a national team, whilst supporting colleagues in the Birmingham office across a range of disciplines.

Profile

It's likely that you will have at least 6 months' experience in Corporate Tax as a qualified solicitor or perhaps as part of your training contract. The team could potentially consider candidates who are not qualifying until Summer 2021.

The team are open on PQE and would speak to candidates with a range of experience who are looking to join a growing, busy and supportive Corporate Tax team.
