We have recently been instructed on a fantastic new opportunity within a Leading UK Law Firm. They are looking for an experienced Chartered Trademark attorney to join their busy and expanding IP team.

Our client has established themselves as one the experts in the Technology, Media and Entertainment sectors, this paired with its longstanding emphasis on these sectors has allowed the firm to become recognised as one the market leaders. The firm therefore deals with cutting edge trademark issues, such as protection of brands in the metaverse.

Although our client is highly ranked within The World Trade Mark Review, Legal 500, Chambers and IP Stars, the real draw to this role variety. The successful candidate could end up working on everything from fashion to film, esports to e-tailing, and music to merchandise.

The successful candidate will likely have a minimum of three years plus post qualification experience, be demonstrably systematic and well-organised, have a commercial and committed approach, a proven track record, strong client care skills, and be self-motivated.
