Corporate Senior Associate - Belfast

A Corporate Senior Associate (4 PQE+) is required to join the Belfast corporate group of this nationally recognised law firm.

The firm is international and provides a full range of corporate and commercial services and operates in the major commercial and financial centres of the UK as well as Europe, the Gulf and Asia Pacific. The international corporate group comprises of 120 lawyers, including more than 35 partners.

· Corporate is one of the leading specialisations at this law firm and its lawyers work with clients at the forefront of its strategic development advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investment, specialising in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, AIM and Joint Ventures.
· Due to growth, the firm is looking for strong corporate lawyers with experience in corporate finance, M&A (domestic and cross border) and private equity (beneficial but not essential).
· Candidates who have a good grounding in corporate law but perhaps do not satisfy the above criteria may also be considered. Lawyers with up to 6 years' PQE are of particular interest. Those with more or less experience will be considered.
· The Belfast team is well established and works for clients in both NI, E&W and ROI.
