The Role: This top-ranking and award-winning firm is seeking a Commercial Associate to join their London office.

If you enjoy the tech sector, this is an excellent role for you. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting caseload with an international and national reach. The team is relatively small, so you'll benefit from exposure to incredibly interesting and notable clients.

The Work: The role will involve drafting and negotiating IT contracts including developmental projects, cloud services, software licensing, OEM and channel partner agreements.

You will be working directly alongside some of the most well-known partners in the industry giving you access to a level of expertise that is hard to find outside of the city.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Associate with an interest in working in tech of 1 - 4 PQE
• England &Wales qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
