The Role

The firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Tax team based in the firm's headquarters in the City of London.

The team works with a wide range of clients that include public/private companies, financial institutions as well as HNW individuals and families, entrepreneurs and charities. This includes clients that operate both in the UK and internationally.

The work mix is broad covering corporate, real estate and finance transactions, investment funds tax, share schemes, employment incentives and remuneration planning. You will focus on providing transactional and advisory legal advice.

You will work using a cooperative approach, with regular contact with other departments across the practice.
There is the opportunity to support partners in marketing and business development activities to assist with the continued growth of the department.

The work will provide excellent client contact with the opportunity to work directly alongside award-winning Partners recognised at the top of the Legal 500 and Chambers.

Requirements

• You will be a newly qualified (NQ-1PQE) Solicitor in England and Wales
• Ideally you will have some experience in tax, either from your training contact or post-qualification
• Solid organisation skills
• You will be effective at working in a team
