Commercial Property/Real Estate Paralegal

Cutting edge legal technology platform is seeking a commercial property/real estate paralegal on a long term contract or permanent basis.

The role will be to join a busy legal operations team, supporting expert lawyers and providing excellent client service.  This is an excellent training ground for paralegals and allows individuals to develop wide ranging professional experience within a modern environment.  The right candidates need to have relevant commercial real estate experience to apply. Applicants with greater experience will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team.  The role will also involve exposure to other areas of law away from commercial property including litigation, IP and data protection.

Location : London or remote working. The preference is for one day a week in the office but this can be flexible.

Salary : £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) plus OTE bonus

Application requirements :

• At least two years’ of commercial property real estate experience
• Familiarity with case handling and managing their own files
• Experience of undertaking Land Registry searches, liaising with management companies and lenders, submitting CR1, TR1, AP1 forms.
• An ability to work well as part of a team, responding quickly to enquiries and good attention to detail.
