NQ Corporate Solicitor (York/Hybrid)

Are you approaching qualification as a solicitor / a recently qualified solicitor looking for an NQ Corporate Law position?

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity in York with a commercial/corporate Legal 500 firm which has an opening for a newly qualified corporate lawyer. The successful candidate will join a team overseen by a partner that specialises in various transactional matters including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions as well as any necessary and related corporate governance matters.

My client has an excellent reputation within the Yorkshire market for handling corporate matters for a wide range of SMEs and is respected as a leading provider of legal services both within York and across the wider Yorkshire region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to further their development within the area of corporate law. Along with excellent academics, previous experience of corporate legal work must be demonstrated (ideally this will involve having undertaken a seat in corporate law as part of a training contract - although previous corporate paralegal experience would also be beneficial).
