The firm
This boutique firm specialising with Chinese clients is looking for a commercial/company solicitor with over four years post qualification experience.

The Role

• Acting for Buyers/Sellers in the acquisition of majority stake in a listed companies within the education, healthcare and hospitality sectors
• Negotiating and advising on how to best structure deals to comply with the unique legal constraints facing the unrepresented parties
• Drafting Share and Purchase Agreements in the sale of shares for listed companies which may involve the transfer of cash and properties as consideration
• Preparing shareholders agreements for a luxury goods and online platforms supplying luxury goods
• Dealing with shareholders agreement for HNW individuals investing in restaurant and other hospitality areas such as hotel brands
• Be able to negotiation and d rafting of Technology Contracts, including SaaS, IT services agreements and software licences
• Should be able to advise on manufacturing and packaging agreements
• Prepare suitable contracts for design and builds of large commercial properties
• Advise on joint venture and collaboration agreements within and tailor for the merger and expansion as required
• Advise on and prepare services agreement for consultants in the gambling sector
