Private Client Solicitor
West Yorkshire
I am working with a friendly, multi office high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team from their Ilkley office
The firm are well established in the region and community and deal with several legal areas for both personal and business clients.
Their private client team deal with a broad mix of Wills, Probate, LPA’s and Trust matters and are inviting Solicitors with ideally 3 years’ + experience of carrying their own caseload to apply to join them. The firm are traditional yet progressive with the underlying priority being that of client care.
This is not an overbearing place to work where you are just a number being micromanaged with lots of targets, and you will have a degree of autonomy in dealing with things unsupervised, although there is always support and the ability to have access to more complex matters.
Even before the pandemic there was a genuine work-life balance here, where billing and hitting targets is not the be all and end all and where all members of staff, led from senior management recognise the importance of having a life outside of work and time to enjoy that.
