The Role
2+ PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join Top 50 Commercial Law firm in Bristol
Due to continued investment into the team, a 2+ PQE Solicitor has the opportunity to join a 200+ strong team, to focus on advisory matters for corporate occupiers, investors, developers and bodies across the public sector.
Dealing with disposals, acquisitions and refinancing of commercial property (freehold and leasehold), by way of individual property transactions or packages/portfolios. You'll provide grant of leases, tenancies, licences, assignments, under lettings and deeds of variation, along with undertaking due diligence in support of corporate transactions.
A varied role, the team are leaders nationally, with an enviable international client base. Development to Associate and above is intertwined with the role, as you build connections with well-known corporates, developers, investors, blue light authorities, local and central government, being established for a fruitful career.
The Requirements
- 2+ years post qualified experience gained within Real estate
- Property Development and Strategic Lands transactions experience
- Passion for your work and drive to progress within the firm
- Interest in expanding upon technical and commercial skills
