The Role

Senior Corporate Associate to join Top 100 firm in Bath

In what remains to be one of the leading teams in Bath, the corporate team's output competes with the City, punching above its weight and delivering consistent growth year on year.

Due to this growth, a Senior Associate is needed to balance the team and take ownership of HV M&A transactions.

The Bath team regularly advise on over 40 M&A transactions a year, growing to be an influential presence in the regional market, with the majority of their work aligning with the firm's key sectors, whilst always branching into other areas as part of natural growth.

You'll be fully supported by the wider office, mentoring juniors as appropriate, whilst working alongside leadership. The firm's record for promotion speaks for itself, with their being a pathway from the onset to more senior level intertwined with the role.
