The Role

3+ PQE Banking and Finance Lawyer to join Tier 1 team as a PSL.

Open to all those 3PQE and above, with full hybrid working in practice, you'll support the wider transactional team in an integral role as part of an existing PSL function.

The team offer the full complement of banking, finance and restructuring services, advising borrowers, lenders and sponsors on a broad diet of debt and related transactions up to the value of £1B.

Developing and delivering training programmes and taking a bespoke approach to plugging skill gaps at all seniorities, you will be a source of know-how, whilst conducting legal research and driving best practice and department health.

Working closely with leadership, your input will aid the delivery of long-term strategies. Not limited to B&F, your work will encompass wider areas, giving insight across the firm.
