Childcare Lawyer (OUTSIDE IR35)
Our client, a Yorkshire based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum period of 6 months and can be worked OUTSIDE IR35.
Day to day responsibilities for the successful Childcare Lawyer will include;
- Managing a caseload of approximately 10 - 12 childcare cases
- Conducting advocacy for non-contested and contested cases
- Attending meetings as required
The successful Childcare Lawyer will ideally be available to work full-time hours and will be all remote for the time being.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly and established childcare team. Candidates with experience in childcare law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
