The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in York, with hybrid working in place.

To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a motivated, commercially astute individual, keen to build upon the strong client base in and around the area.

You will have a diverse caseload providing legal advice and assistance on a range of matters, including M&As (both shares and assets), corporate governance, restructuring and refinancing, joint ventures, partnerships, commercial agreements and intellectual property.

You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development. You will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Corporate & Commercial network and progress through the ranks.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
• You will have some experience in corporate and/or commercial matters
• You will have good business development experience
• You will have excellent communication skills
