Residential Property Solicitors, Herts

Leading London/Herts practice is looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to work alongside an existing commercial property team. The role will be based in Hertfordshire, but is also likely to include some remote working.

The team handles a wide variety of commercial property matters for an impressive client base, including property developers and banks, and the successful applicant will be involved in the residential property aspects of these clients' business.

Experience of bridging finance and property finance would be an advantage but the firm is really looking for a general residential property solicitor, used to dealing with a higher net worth client base, to handle the residential property transactional work.

As a result, it is anticipated the successful applicant is likely to have a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
