Sellick Partnership is currently working with a well-respected Local Authority who is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to come in on a permanent basis and sit on the Management team.
As a Senior Employment Lawyer you be able to come in as a sole Employment Lawyer, get the ball rolling and develop the Employment team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent with proven experience of employment law and management.
The Senior Employment Lawyer my pick up duties such as;
- Developing a team
- Dealing with any issues that may arise within internal recruitment
- Oversee Employment based proceedings for schools and Boroughs across the County
- Attending management team meetings
- Follow the whole lifecycle of employment tribunals from start to finish
- And much more
