£55,000 – £90,000
A market leading Legal 500 firm based in Milton Keynes and London is looking to hire an insolvency solicitor for its already strong and highly regarded team.
You will be an insolvency solicitor with 4 years PQE+ who has solid experience of acting for IPs on both transactional matters (eg administration sales and retention of title claims) and contentious matters (eg misfeasance claims), assisting lenders (in particular alternative lenders) with the management of risk in unusual funding transactions and subsequently assisting with managing exits, helping SMW and entrepreneurial businesses manage risks and insolvency in their supply chains and their directors manage and balance their duties, refinancing and restructuring solutions for distressed lender and providing solutions in specialist sectors such as finance, recruitment and tech.
The role will see you act for market leading clients in the regions and London. You should have a strong technical background which you will have gained from a leading London or top tier regional practice and the firm can offer a leading regional salary with agile working available to all staff.
