A 0-4 PQE corporate lawyer is offered an excellent opportunity working in-house with an established and highly regarded UK legal team in Birmingham.
As part of this highly ambitious and successful team, you will play a key role in providing legal advice to stakeholders across all levels of the business. You will be advising on, negotiating and managing all aspects of corporate acquisitions including; due diligence, drafting governance approvals, reviewing and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial contracts and working with external counsel.
The ideal candidate will have 0 - 4 years' PQE with experience in corporate M&A transactions at a reputable international/national law firm or highly regarded in-house team.
