Some of the key responsibilities for the role are outlined below. Our client does not expect solicitors to have experience in all areas of legal work. They want to recruit a solicitor who has the willingness and desire to pick up new areas of legal work.
Are you a dedicated Commercial, or Corporate lawyer?
Reporting to the Group General Counsel you will work closely with Commercial teams. The diverse range of work will include Commercial Contracts, Property, Employment, Intellectual Property, Compliance, Data Protection, and Corporate if you have Corporate experience.
Profile
Commercial or Corporate solicitors who come from a private practice or in-house background should apply for this role. The work will be interesting and you will be working with a number of solicitors in an established legal team.
Job Offer
The salary will be commensurate with the market rate. The role will be mainly home working.
