A national law firm, known for understanding and accepting an excellent work-life balance in looking for a Court of Protection Partner.
The team consists of 1 Head of team, 1 Principal, 1 Senior Associates, 2 Associate and 2 Solicitors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
A national law firm, known for understanding and accepting an excellent work-life balance in looking for a Court of Protection Partner.
The team consists of 1 Head of team, 1 Principal, 1 Senior Associates, 2 Associate and 2 Solicitors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
- Representing clients at welfare benefit tribunals
- Completing Court of Protection
- Running you own caseload
- Defending housing possession proceedings and preventing evictions
- Ensure our client is receiving the necessary care and rehabilitation
- Day-to-day management of any financial decisions.
- Contentious and non-contentious deputyships, trusts, and statutory wills
- Advice to Lay Deputies
- Experience in Court of Protection (Financial)
- 8+ years’ PQE
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays
