Residential Conveyancer - Locum

SUMMARY:
Residential Conveyancer (Locum), Buckinghamshire, 3+ PQE. This well-established firm are currently looking for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to cover a period of permanent recruitment. 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer (Locum)
LOCATION: London
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £30 - £40

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role is office based however the client is open to some hybrid working.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
