Our client, a global media company are looking for an interim Data Privacy Counsel to join their team for a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will specialise in Data Privacy. The role will operate on a Hybrid basis with offices based in London.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer and have a minimum of 4 years' data privacy experience having GDPR expertise. Daily responsibilities include responding to everyday requests on data privacy clauses including data processing and transfer agreements. You will also provide support on transfer impact assessments.
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of security and other standard data protection procedures and provide smaller enterprises with support on negotiations. Holding a current CIPP/E is not essential but preferred.
