JOB ROLE:
A Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought by this leading firm to manage and lead the Residential Property department from the Oxfordshire office. This role requires a candidate with stellar residential property experience including some experience dealing high net worth clients and high value property transactions. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have the capability to manage their own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to:- right to buy; sales; purchases; equity releases and; re-mortgages and will be ambitious to motivate, lead and grow a team of junior and mid-level fee-earners.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE handling files from initial instruction through to completion.
