Exciting new opportunity to join the London office of a growing US law firm as an International Infrastructure Project Coordinator. The International Infrastructure Project Coordinator will report to the Director, IS Operations and will work closely with senior staff of the IS Operations group. This position will handle the management of specified network infrastructure services, project-based escalations, problem escalations, and the management of specific projects within the international offices of the Firm. The successful International Infrastructure Project Coordinator will become well-versed in the daily Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery technologies, ensuring uniformity, stability, and compliance of ongoing BCDR systems, and being responsible for managing and executing failover/failback events.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Troubleshooting day to day operational problems and repairing the effect of such failures.Receiving calls, diagnosing cause, formulating and applying immediate fix, preparing long term fix, logging calls, documenting resolution.Performing projects and project-related tasks as assigned.Proposing action, getting agreement for project, planning implementation and carrying out implementation (sometimes coordinating other staff) through to project completion including documentation for operational use. Ensuring continuous production by a proactive schedule of administration, maintenance, and upgrades.Coordinating with end users for service interruption and testing; analyzing benefit / risk, testing viability, installing, testing, documenting activity. Continuously monitoring systems for performance irregularities and resource usage. Storing data for periodic reporting and trend analysis. Resolving issues when found.Maintaining all network devices according to the prescribed scheme.Communicating Infosys projects and events to office administration.Managing international Infosys purchases and reviewing utility invoices. Updating daily activity record and weekly status reports as required.
