- Managing your own varied caseload of private and public family matters, including divorce, finances and children matters
- Carry out your own advocacy where necessary and appropriate
- Be comfortable in carrying out Business Development and Marketing to help further grow the department
- Be responsible for dealing with all aspects of cases, including providing advice and support to clients
