Succession Role - Private Client Solicitor

This firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor of 4+ years PQE to join their office in Hove.
As part of succession planning the successful candidate will come in and inherit the caseload of a departing partner with the view of progression to partnership.

They deal with a caseload of Private Client work that has been cultivated from many years servicing both West and East Sussex and have one of the best reputations for the quality of work and personability in the South East.

The work is broad-brush, taking ownership of the more complex matters whilst supporting juniors and departmental hygiene.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will be a Private Client solicitor and you will be 4+ years PQE.
• You will be an enthusiastic individual with great leadership qualities.
• You will be able to manage a caseload and supervise the junior members of the team effectively.
